Top plates molded inUltraviolet Resistant (DUV) material retains its mechanical integrity, has the same strength and wear properties as plain acetal (D) material, and reduces degradation in applications exposed to direct sunlight or ultraviolet radiation. In addition, the material has excellent impact resistance and chemical resistant to most bleaches, bases, acids, and hydrocarbons.
