Highest torques, efficiency and reliability are the main characteristics of our POSITWIN series of twin-screw extruder drives. This series reaches a torque factor up to 20 per shaft. The case hardened gears are ground and optimized with a profile correction based on its bending and torsion load. The high gear contact ratio ensures a low noise level in these gearboxes.
