Hydrolytically Stable Urethane (HSU) couplings are designed for superior resistance to hot and humid conditions in addition to acidic and alkaline environments. Furthermore, elastomeric couplings protect connected equipment from the damaging effects of misalignment, vibration, and gross overload. Where other coupling designs might allow equipment damage, the super flexible elements of our couplings minimizes the reactionary forces on equipment bearings under severe misalignment conditions and reduces the effects of excessive shock overloads.
