Quadrive (JSC) is a shaft mounted parallel helical gear drive. Standard mounting of the screw conveyor drive uses a CEMA standard screw conveyor adapter and a CEMA standard screw conveyor drive shaft kit. Units are available in industry standard ratios and sizes. Heavy duty tapered roller bearings and high temperature grease purgeable Viton seals provide maximum protection in extreme environments. High and low speed shaft bearings and seals are commercially available. Efficiency is 99% at each reduction stage.
