Description
Ultramite UJ is a parallel helical gear drive. The Ultramite UJ is furnished standard with a tapered quill hollow low speed shaft which accommodates the TA (torque assist taper bushing with lifetime removal guarantee. The Ultramite UJ can be furnished with an optional straight hollow low speed shaft if so desired. Units are available with solid shaft or NEMA C-face input. The Ultramite UJ is a shaft mount that can deliver the desired output speed based on the internal ratio rather than using an external belt drive. Output accessories for the Ultramite UJ are solid shafts, drive shafts, flanges, CEMA seal housings and drive shafts for screw conveyors. Dual lip oil seals are included as standard. Efficiency is 99% per reduction ratio.
